Remaining Balance
The Remaining Balance For Your Booking is to be Paid on the Day of Your Booking or by BACS the Thursday before your Party, Card Payments on the Day will unfortuatly incur a 5% Charge

Please read the booking terms and conditions as we all want the best party ever and if you have any questions regarding the t+c please contact Best Kids Parties, booking Best Kids Parties means you have fully understood and agree with the booking terms and conditions, if you disagree with the terms and conditions please refrain from booking Best Kids Parties.

The Party Booking Deposit is Non Refundable:
If the booking is Cancelled or Postponed unfortunately the party booking deposit is non refundable , If the booking is cancelled/ postponed within 28 Days of the booked Event /Party the deposit can not be transferred onto another date or bookie.

Payment on Cancellation/Change of date:

Cancellation/change of date by the hirer more than 30 days before the performance date: 25% of the full performance fee payable to Best Kids Parties
Cancellation/ change of date by the hirer 14-30 days before the performance date: 50% of the full performance fee payable to Best Kids Parties.
Cancellation/change of date by the hirer 2-14 days before the performance date: 75% of the full performance fee payable to Best Kids Parties.
Cancellation/change of date by the hirer within 24 hours of the performance date: 100% of the full performance fee payable to Best Kids Parties

:Entertainment that is not booked as a private booking ( as an example :birthday parties, christenings ) but booked to supply entertainment ( as an example : companies, fetes, pubs, working mens clubs, festivals, shopping centers, schools, organisations, charities etc ) ,with or without a booking deposit is liable for the full agreed upon event booking fee if cancelled or postponed within 28 days of the booked event and can not be transferred onto another date or bookie.

If it is agreed by the bookie to pay the full fee at latest 3 days before the event and this is not paid it will be deemed as the booking is cancelled by the bookie and the bookie is liable for the full fee.

Bookings for Easter / Christmas/ Halloween/ Valentines/ New Years Eve and New Years Day events/parties which are cancelled /postponed within 84 days of the booked event/ party date are liable for the full agreed upon booking fee. The booking fee must be paid to Best Kids Parties within 14 Days

Non Paying Bookies
Unfortunately if the party balance is not paid within 3 days after the agreed payment date a claim form will be sent to the Equity Union Claim department 

In the event that Best Kids Parties has to resort to court action or apply for court action to retrieve unpaid fees the bookie is liable for the unpaid fee, a late payment fee equal to the unpaid fee and any court or legal fees, booking best kids parties means you fully understand and agree to this.

The event/ party needs to be booked at least an hour before the party and a half an hour after the party to allow for best kids parties to setup and pack up, so we both have time to get ready for your party as we all want a great party.

Any Parking Fines will be reimbursed by the bookie if best kids parties incur a parking fine if the place parked is recommended and stated by the bookie that no parking ticket / fine will be issued.

Whilst best kids parties visibly risk assess all the activities at the event and make them as safe as possible best kids parties Accept No Liability for loss, injury or damage sustained whilst best kids parties are present and not present and reiterate that the children are the sole responsibility of the parents/ carers and not of best kids parties, and the bookie is liable for any cost to replace or repair equipment, props or any item belonging to best kids parties damaged by any persons at the event . Please note that a bubble and foam/snow machine is used at all parties, if you dont want these two machines to be used it is your responsibility to inform best kids parties as whilst best kids parties risk assess all the activities at the event and make them as safe as possible best kids parties Accept No Liability for loss, injury or damage sustained to any persons or any property

Please note : the bubble/snow/foam entertainment area due to the fact of using bubble/foam solution can / will get slippery and as a condition of booking it is accepted and acknowledged that it is the responsibility of the bookie to make all aware of this slip hazard and ask for the entertain to stop if they attain it is becoming a risk.

If there is any risk to best kids parties equipment getting damaged whilst at a booking, best kids parties has the right to cancel the remaining entertainment and the bookie will remain liable for the full booking fee.

 Should the worst and unspeakable ever happen that best kids parties are prevented from performing
due to unforeseen circumstances, best kids parties will only be liable for the deposit paid and no other monies.

On request As From 30/04/2018 a Consent Form can be Presented to the Bookie to Sign to allow Best Kids Parties to use photos/videos taken at the event for promotion purposes
